November 11 is promising to be a BIG wedding day, as so many bridal couples want to be married on 11-11-11! November 11 is also Veteran’s Day where most County Clerk offices would be closed. However, because November 11 has become such a popular wedding day, Sevier County Clerk Karen Cotter has authorized that the Gatlinburg County Clerk’s Office in the Shilling Center on Reagan Drive be open this Friday, November 11, from 8 am – 4:30 pm. On Saturday, November 12, their usual Saturday hours will be in effect: The Pigeon Forge County Clerk’s Office on Pine Mountain Road will be open from 9 am to 5 pm, and the Gatlinburg County Clerk’s Office in the Shilling Center on Reagan Drive will be open from 9 am to 1 pm.
